SWIMMING POOL & SPA:
Pool/Spa Hours: 8am – DUSK
1. THE POOL & SPA ARE FOR USE BY RESIDENTS AND GUESTS ONLY.
2. Absolutely NO DIVING and NO JUMPING into the pool or spa
3. No food, drink, or glass in pool or on pool deck.
4. No animals allowed in pool/spa area.
5. Please shower before entering pool or spa.
6. Children under the age of twelve (12) must have adult supervision.
7. No regular diapers. Babies must wear proper swim diapers.
8. Bathing suits only. No cutoffs, please.
9. No nude swimming or sunbathing.
10. No balls, floating objects or diving gear allowed in the pool.
11. Persons with open cuts or sores or other communicable diseases are forbidden by law to enter the pool or spa.
12. No shouting, running, or jumping.
13. No loud noise or loud music allowed (personal radios permitted with headsets).
14. Maximum water temperature in the spa is 102 degrees F.
15. Maximum use of spa is 15 minutes.
16. Pregnant women, small children, people with health problems and people using alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that may cause drowsiness should not use spa pools.
17. All persons enter the pool area (swimming pool & spa) at their own risk.
• Note: When using the pool furniture, please place a towel under you to protect the furniture from residual suntan lotions and perspiration.
• Note: Lounges and chairs may not be reserved by placing towels and belongings on them. Do not remove loungers, chairs, tables or umbrellas from the pool deck.
• Note: Please remove sand when entering the pool area from the beach and also before entering the building.
GYM:
Gym Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:30am – 8:30pm, Sunday 10am – 8:30pm
TENNIS COURT:
1. Proper tennis attire required… shirts, slacks, shorts or skirts and tops. Tennis shoes ONLY (Please no hard soles, black soles, jogging shoes or bare feet.)
2. Please limit court time to one (1) hour, as others may be waiting on a court.
3. If the courts are still available, a second hour may be scheduled.
1. Unit owners, their guests and renters shall not use, or permit the usage of the condominium premises in any manner, which would be disturbing or a nuisance to other occupants of the premises or in any way injurious to the reputation of the Apollo Condominium.
2. SHIRTS, COVERUPS, AND FOOTWEAR ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES IN HALLWAYS, LOBBY, ELEVATORS, AND EXERCISE ROOM.
3. Children may not play in the lobby, walkways or elevators; no child under 8 years of age may ride in or use any elevator unless accompanied by an adult.
4. Roller skating, rollerblading, skateboarding, and ball games are not permitted anywhere on condominium property.
5. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
6. Drones are not permitted anywhere on the property.
7. Fire extinguishers are located on each floor at the North and South ends of the hallways near the fire exits; UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THE NEAREST FIRE EXIT.
8. Please do not throw anything from the balconies or windows.
9. Trash is to be separated for recycling as specified on notices by the trash chutes. All non-recyclable trash is to be bagged in plastic, tied securely, and dropped in trash chutes located at the Northeast end of each hallway.
10. COMMON AREAS SHALL NOT BE OBSTRUCTED, LITTERED, DEFACED, OR MISUSED IN ANY MANNER. No bicycles, scooters, baby carriages, strollers, toys, beach items, or other articles shall be allowed to remain on any of the hallways.
11. No barbecuing, food preparation or outdoor cooking of any kind is permitted on condominium property or on the balconies of the units.
12. Please return ALL CARTS (luggage and shopping) to their designated areas on the lobby floor immediately after use so that others may use them. Thank you!
1. PLEASE REGISTER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. YOU WILL BE ISSUED A PARKING PERMIT(s) FROM THE FRONT DESK.
2. The use of the units shall be consistent with existing laws and with these rules and regulations and shall not constitute a nuisance to other residents or to the public.
3. The total number of residents and guests permitted overnight in a unit during any 24-hour period shall not exceed seven (7) persons in a three-bedroom unit or four (4) persons in a one-bedroom unit. The maximum number of guests who may use common facilities shall be two (2) guests for each one-bedroom unit (4) guests for each three-bedroom unit.
4. Each unit shall be used solely for residential purposes and may not be used for any business or commercial purpose whatsoever.
5. Please refrain from smoking in units. The Apollo is a smoke free environment.
6. No PETS shall be allowed on condominium property.
7. Noise from TVs, radios, stereos, musical instruments etc., must be minimized in consideration of your neighbors.
8. No feeding of birds from balconies or grounds of the condominium.
9. Towels, garments, rugs, etc., may not be hung on or from balcony railings or windows.
A parking fee of $45 (per vehicle) and a hold fee of $75 will be taken at the time of check-in. *Credit Cards Only.
Please Note: Guests checking out late on the day of departure will need to return the transponder by 10:00 am or they may be charged the $75.00 fee. Each residential unit is allotted two (2) parking spaces; One (1) garage assigned parking space and one (1) space around the perimeter of the driveway. Each vehicle must have a visible parking tag displayed in their vehicle. Garaged vehicles will place their parking tag on the dash, while other guests will hang their tags from the rear-view mirror. No horizontal parking is allowed on the property. Parking in the driveway by the front door is restricted to a maximum of ten (10) minutes for loading and unloading. THIS IS A FIRE ORDINANCE. Violators of all parking restrictions may be towed at their own expense.
Trucks over 35 ft. in total length, motor homes, jet skis, boats and boat trailers, campers and recreational vehicles are not permitted anywhere on condominium premises. Management will handle questionable situations on a case by case basis. No vehicles may be stored on the premises. Owners who reside at the Apollo on a full-time or seasonal basis, and do not rent their unit, may leave a vehicle parked in the covered parking. Any vehicle kept on the property must be registered, uncovered, licensed, insured, clean, and drivable. Such owners assume full responsibility and liability for parked vehicles. Violators of parking restrictions may be towed at their own expense.
